I didn’t think this could happen to be honest but Oak Ridge Nissan hit yet another HOME RUN for me and my family again. My sales man Jeff Ford and his support staff, top to bottom flat nailed it, PERIOD! Like always for me life hit me smack in The gut, and I needed help and a dependable/reliable vehicle ASAP without all the usual BS from a car dealer. My time is very important to me for my income, Jeff reaches out to me via cell and then text. His manager reached out also.... but not ONCE was there any pressure. I got back with Jeff Ford when I could and he was a WEALTH of information and options.
PEOPLE, he as my salesman, and his supporting cast from ownership to “CLOSER” did nothing but try to help me get the vehicle that fit my needs. No pressure sales period at this auto sales store.
I’ll give you an example....you all know what it’s like to try and walk through the sales staff just to get to the salesman or saleswoman who has made contact with you before you ever stepped foot on the property right, Not here, I was asked if I needed help, I stated the name of the salesman who had contact me, Jeff Ford and this salesman ?? walked me inside and made sure I got In contact with “MY” salesman. Hell Yes!!! Max respect to this salesman and this dealership. To be honest I talked to several other salesman during my time there because it was so busy during this massive sales event and every single one went out of their way to help me get all the Information or missing paperwork!!!!

John "Iceman" Hill helped us out and made the process of getting a car smooth and easy. We were happy with the help we received and if anyone is looking for a new car he is the man to talk with. He listened to us and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We were not dealing with a shark in the tank, but someone who related with us. Our family is going to be happy in this car ☺️.

Jonathan Annis was a very nice young man. He made the experience fun instead of a hassle. He also made sure we got exactly what we needed for our situation. David Nabors the sales manager also was fun to kid with. In the end everyone was happy.
